SHIPPING:
Orders placed Monday thru Friday are usually shipped within,
5 - 7  business days after your order is placed. Any item not in stock or it requires embroidery may sometimes take up to 14 - 21 days to ship. Like when my supplier loses my restocking order. YES, it happens!!
 
All Stocked pre-made items orders will usually ship the following business day. 
All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
Most items will ship UPS Ground or USPS Priority, Ground Advantage Mail and multiple items will be shipped combined where it is practical.

Returns and Exchanges for up to 14 days.
